I wanted to say that I’m absolutely loving Bloodhound and Blackbird. The flexibility and ease of iteration utilizing this tool set was immediately apparent during my Trial period when compared to the built-in Strategy Builder of NinjaTrader and the learning curve and countless hours I would need to contend with to even attempt to create something myself using C# at a fraction of the complexity and sophistication I can obtain with Bloodhound and Blackbird in mere minutes.

Bloodhound has been huge for me because I can make it enter exactly where I want on an opening range breakout with no emotions. BlackBird’s ability to fire off additional orders based on unlimited criteria is great and the basically unlimited trailing options is awesome.

I really couldn’t be happier with the simplicity of Bloodhound, truly amazing. It took me roughly 15 minutes, with no experience, to set up a 60m & 15m for entry strategy that I’ve had running since last Wednesday. So far, that strategy is 91-14 using a 1-point PT and 3-point stop just to test the entries and a simple stop – no optimization of the indicators, time of day to test, etc. The back testing for me will begin today.
